The sun and well-being are always shining down on you, whether you allow yourself to receive it or not

You each have a unique vibrational pattern that, when tuned properly, allows satisfaction and contentment to serve as a clear channel for broadcasting messages, impulses, and information to flow freely to you.

You are in control of your viewpoint, your opinion, and your feelings about anything

You are either aligned with Source, or you are not. Source is a never-ending flow of energy that surrounds you and all, available to you at all times. Whether you allow Source to flow in and through you is up to you. The free will given can be used to your benefit or, as some may consider, to your detriment. However, none is truly detrimental, as all experiences help define what is either wanted or unwanted.

Consider counting down a slope in a bobsled chute. It can be fun, exhilarating, and a direct route to the finish line. Is that what is desired? Or is it a circuitous path that takes you through many landscapes, meeting various individuals—some like you and some not? Bless those who help you clearly define what you do not want. They are on their own journey and are not there to be cajoled into your beliefs or patterns; rather, they provide contrasting beliefs for you to consider and possibly adapt or adopt. They may also reflect a particular aspect of your belief system that you may want to change.

You came into this world like a pinball, presented with many possibilities. Unlike the pinball, which is shot from place to place with seemingly no control, you have complete control by using your own powerful attraction to draw unto you that which you want to experience and feel. Choose your feelings, your mood, the moment you arise. Make that your only mandate, your only accomplishment for the day, and see where it takes you.

You’ll flow easily rather than bounce from one extreme to another before falling back in line to be ejected again. Life is a game—enjoy it!

Contentment and satisfaction are your birthright. Claim them.

…all is frequencies and flows. Keep flowing and riding the waves of life.

You are worthy, or you would not be here.

Gift yourself the time with yourself to feel how you actually feel about any situation or anything. Just breathe, be, and feel into your true self.

You receive what you believe

Allowing the feeling of nothingness—lack of attachment, worry, or angst—to be your state of being, even if only for a few minutes or seconds, can soften the edges and file the corners of your being.

Everything always works out for the Earth and for you. It is all about how you look at or perceive the moment of destruction or change.

Change becomes inevitable if your focus remains steadfast and true.
