The Art of Smooth Sailing: Adjusting your Vibrational Output

Smooth sailing. "Smooth" implies no abrupt changes, rough edges, or sharp corners. We are referring to your vibrational countenance. Remaining smooth comes from frequently and consistently plugging into your source or the vastness of nothingness. Nothingness means the absence of your physical realm. Allowing the feeling of nothingness—lack of attachment, worry, or angst—to be your state of being, even if only for a few minutes or seconds, can soften the edges and file the corners of your being.

This transformation will be evident in how you present yourself and the feeling and vibration you emit. It can be felt strongly by others in your presence and even by those not physically present. They may not understand the feeling of well-being that washes over them, or if you have not filed your edges, the tension that you emit. From this vantage point, it is as clear as black and white or a solid state of matter in the physical realm.

If you were aware of what you are emitting—your vibration—and could see it clearly, you would want to ensure it is in the best form, just as you do when presenting yourself in the physical world. Consider it as real: what would your vibrational emittance look like? Know that it is real, and take care to smooth your edges. Use your breath to soften rough spots and present the shining being that you are. Allow your true, completely smooth self to shine through and beyond. Enjoy.
