You are never defined by any one thought, feeling, or moment—each is only a note in the song, and your wholeness expands every time you gather yourself again.

“Live as though the answer is already inside the next breath—and let joy confirm it.”

Being in the exact moment of now is a gift in and of itself. Know that.

the needle, as it were, which represents you, your role, your personality—will waver back and forth, then ultimately jump a few lines and continue on to play to the end as if nothing ever happened.

Consider yourself unscathed. Brush the dust from yourself—your physical body. Place a smile that is warmed from the inside out, and continue with the light bounce in your step toward the Source, the holding place of all; never the end, as there is none.

All contrast gives you clear choice of what your true desires are. You need not linger in the unwanted, but move with joy in the direction of your desires.

It may be accessed through entering in rather than going out,

through complete and utter stillness,

like that of a still night within.

Like a single drop of water in a still collection, it may be felt and heard internally, carrying with it the depth of universal love

You are here to enjoy—not to do, not to prove, and not to perform.

Remaining grounded is not a top-of-mind awareness, but a way of being.

All is always perfectly in balance; it only matters which side or perspective you are measuring from.

When open and aware of universal flow, , even the unexpected becomes beneficial.
