Just Be
Just be.
Efforting—even when it seems aligned with what you believe is your purpose or destiny—when done on a schedule, from obligation, or with too much structure, loses its efficacy and the very magnetic resonance that led you there in the first place.
Release.
It is unhygienic to be unplugged from being—tethered instead to the have-tos, the shoulds, and the calendar.
Unplug from all of that.
Plug into the very essence of joy and being—the things that bring laughter and curiosity.
Allow your instincts to move you rather than the tight grip you keep on your calendar or whatever you feel shackled to.
Release and go, beginning with your breath.
You are here to enjoy.
Not to do.
Not to prove.
Not to perform.
Notice the profound beauty in true peace and freedom—even if, for now, it lives only in your mind and body.
Be thankful for the air you breathe and the beauty that surrounds you.
Enjoy life, and all the love of the universe will rush to support you in ways not even fathomable.
