You’re so free, You can choose bondage

You’re free… so free you can choose bondage or strife or confusion or or or. It may not seem as so, but the choices are endless. You may want to try something just to experience the opposite and have a much different reaction to it. Has anyone ever offered for you to try something because they think it’s so awful? Yes, it’s for you to see if you have the same adverse reaction… and in some cases you may not.

Choose what appeals to you, what you desire. Let it light up more brightly than anything else. You will get what you focus on. Guaranteed. So if you’re focused on not running off the road but you keep your eye off the road, that’s exactly where you’ll end up. Or you can enjoy the untethered freedom of wind in your face, top down looking ahead to a summit you've wanted to visit. You can be happy all the way to the summit and enjoy the ride.

In fact, if you focus on all the things that could make you FEEL unhappy along the way, a wrecked car on the roadside, a dried up plant, anything you perceive as negative, then you will have a bad trip and the summit will have lost its luster when you arrive. So the key, dear friend, is to enjoy it all. Instead of focusing on the wrecked vehicle, look on the other side of the road at the vista. Instead of a dried up cactus that you see, notice the small yellow flowers growing at its base.

There are always, always, always things to look at, to focus upon that will please you. Do that instead and you’ll be happier, and isn't that the goal? You may say no, that your goal is loftier than that, it's to end suffering in the world or hunger, but do you know that if you’re happy and your happiness rubs off (energetically speaking) to more then in turn they do, the world will light up energetically. It will be the summit with the bright sun that you seek.
