Double down…it’s a sure thing
"Double down. What does that mean to you? It’s a bet, a sure thing. Without the risk of losing anything, that's what you’re doing when you’re betting on yourself and the knowing that YOU are infinite and divine and larger than life. Yes, larger than this life, for the body you’ve chosen and care for in this life. As has been said many times in many ways but bears repeating, this body in this existence is just the vehicle, the vessel, the carrier, the package of the soul, the essence, insert your word of choice that feels right to you, the whole (that's not entirely accurate because much of you is still scattered about the universe and beyond as a fine mist), but the presentation of your true self to present to others.
Imagine you come into this life via parents that you choose, in agreement, prior to arriving. It may not seem that way because why on earth (exactly) would you choose those that either mistreated, misguided you, didn’t help in your raising the way you would have wanted based on your other experiences while here? That’s why really, for you to view and contrast and determine that they weren’t so you’d know and figure what you did want. Even those that say they had the perfect upbringing enjoyed a bit of contrast in observing others. The best way to do it is to enjoy the contrast in some form or fashion. Either knowing it is the springboard that will propel you further in your life experience than you ever dreamed or to be coddled and in the feathered nest you’d never want to leave. You wouldn’t want that even if you think you may. Some may have chosen and remembered it was a choice, the perfect combination to what seemingly is the easiest life, but did you really want that? An easy life? I know you’d say so, but the richness the juiciness that honey of this experience you’re having called life comes with a few stings or seeds or pitfalls. Which makes the juice or sweetness all the richer.
If you had the honey all the time you’d grow tired of it. It's hard to imagine not wanting ice cream all day every day if you could have it until you work in an ice cream store, or even having all the riches of the world until you had all the riches. There are those that do that are still lonely. That is the thing you desire most in your life, the relationships, the experiences, the collaborations, the teamwork. Yes. As much as you relish and enjoy your time alone, it is the joy of your love that you share with others through us through them through it all. So drive that vehicle of yours (metaphor); keep it on the road so to say. In action enjoy the life you have until you return."
