The Power of Presence: Living Fully in the Moment

Time can be bent, whether by mass consciousness or by you in your own existence. At times—no pun intended—a moment can seem like a lifetime. When you are present, completely and fully embodied, connected with all that you are, is when you have the power. The power to imprint a moment of feeling, a complete awareness of your existence, your reason, your surroundings, and to recognize the importance of it. Those moments can be imprinted on your soul and will remain forever. You will be able to return to that feeling at will, serving as a reminder of your wholeness and power.

Living in the moment is the most delicious way to experience life. Even if you find yourself in a difficult situation or a challenging period, where you may not feel your power, you will be able to draw strength from those moments that have been imprinted to remind you that all is well. They act as signposts or markers that, when you release all, will return you to your natural floating state. Like a ball or cork held under water under pressure, when released, it will bob right back up to the surface to float freely. That is your now; that is your freedom.

The control you have by focusing completely on the present moment, appreciating, recognizing, and embodying that feeling is your superpower—a strength that is available to you at all times. Breaking may not seem fun, but breaking open to receive all that you are, and that we are, is the fizz of life. Enjoy your moments such as these.
