You are settled within yourself so that no waves or debris from other shipwrecks can cause you any harm. You’ll witness it and even bless it as it passes, but it doesn't have to affect you or your emotions. If your emotions feel they’re getting choppy with the waves, then go deeper until it resolves.
It’s like a constant treading of water, but softly while you're floating. Not hard, not work. No effort required. Just observe and keep your energy steady. When connected in that way, you can emerge from the deep and lie calmly on the turbulence, it's as if your area of the sea within your concentric energy circles and realm are calm no matter what's happening around.
