Journey into Stillness

Nowhere and everywhere.

When allowed, you can enter the space of nothingness which will bring you everything. Sounds contradictory but it’s your pathway, your gate to expansiveness. As if going through a portal or entering a glen through a narrow path to get to wide openness. You can enter by just being and allowing. Use your breath to guide you there. If you can't get there on your own initially, use a guide, but once you've entered that space a few short times you'll see that it’s your happy place without having to physically go anywhere. You can access it at will and seemingly alone but on the contrary, you're never alone, dear one. You are with all, but without the encumbrances of personalities and what may be carried unknowingly.

Lay down your packs and be free. Sovereign.You exist not only where your physicality is but everywhere, in the ethers. Your focus is where you are as you choose and the purpose is to enjoy and experience and expansion. Enter your field of consciousness to rest and rejuvenate to gather yourself, your true self not as armor as that's not needed, but more eternally/internally.

Your joy comes from this place of knowing from within. Visit often.

Time is irrelevant as it takes mere moments to connect and revitalize, recharge. As you would a battery-operated device. You give the devices time to recharge, don't you think you deserve the same courtesy and sublimation?

Allow your tension to release, float freely without the prefrontal cortex engaging or allow it to float as well. It’s more vital to you than a full-body workout regimen or anything else that you practice on the daily. Give yourself the gift of time with you and the others on a level sacred ground.

The things that weigh you down or you get under to weigh yourself down…we say allow.

Just be.

The pinball doesn’t ask why the bumper shoots it to the other side of the field, it goes. Holding on or questioning and figuring why causes tension that’s totally unnecessary. Do what you want, it’s your free will. But throw your hands in the hand like you don't care. Word up (listen to the song). Have fun with it all. Float, go with ease, go with the flow. It’s much easier and more enjoyable that way. Relax, it's all for you."
