Life’s kitchen…Crafting your Unique Flavor
As the brush hits the canvas the moment it touches marks the beginning of the story being told. You are a stroke of genius in the painting that you're creating. There are never any misstrokes; they may seem like background material, but all are important and part of a masterpiece that you're unable to see from the vantage point of living. But when the perspective is shifted, from rising above, the images become clear and worthy of a WOW! You'll see it at some point, but isn't it better than from your microscopic viewpoint of perspective to know that it's all turning out for you? That it is exactly what you're supposed to be doing? That there isn't anything you need to be worried about?
Everything always works out, and the tiniest strokes of the brush are important. Like the pixels of each digital creation, when viewed up close, they are only monochromatic, made up of CMYK colors. But once printed and viewed from a distance, it’s obviously a creation of something.
You're always creating whether you're enjoying it or not, so why not enjoy? Choose the strokes of the brush that feel good. The colors you want to use.
As with cooking, the spices are the difference between a bland dish and a great one. The ingredients are basically the same. It’s the flair with which the person cooking/creating puts them together that makes it unique. There are endless ways to put together the same ingredients to come up with different varying results.
You are unique and the chef of your own life’s kitchen. Have fun with the spices which are your interactions or choices in the moment. In the now. Every now matters; every now matters. It’s really the only thing that matters. So if you're happy in this moment, that's all that matters. Choose the microscopic now and when you back up, you'll be pleased with the result. You’ll think, “I'm doing alright exactly as I am.”
Cook, paint, walk, breathe. It’s the small things that add up and compound into the big reason for life. Let it flow.
The focus on the outcome, your desire, is what causes the slowing down of it becoming, because you notice it's not here yet.
