Relax, Allow, Receive…Let it Be

All encompassing, infusing, surrounding, and contained within.

When allowed, the feeling of love is pervasive. It’s what keeps us together energetically and makes the world go round. Yet it’s not the love of love songs or even the words penned. It doesn’t pine for what's not there or wish for more because it is all infusive.

Those feelings are actually the lack of which we speak.

Love is the completeness of all and is your true natural state when allowed. In the complete resting state and that which you'll return to. The feeling of lack, causes the feelings that may be anything but complete. If it feels like lack or less than, it can cause you to feel or experience emotions less than joy. Desire even is the lack of something that you don't have.

So allow, from your natural state of being to receive that which is natural for you. To receive, you will need to be open and in a receiving vibration. One without all the static and noise of anything else. Once you're in that state, you can receive.

Relax, allow, receive.

That’s the recipe for happiness, for contentment, for jubilation. It doesn't rely on anyone else doing anything other than what they're doing. It doesn't rely on your needing anything outside of you. In fact, let them be. Let it be.Listen to words of wisdom as the Beatles penned. It was written from the place of expansiveness of love. Feel into that. Just let it be.

The world curves and flows rather than sharp, abrupt angles. Gentle, allow. Once you're to the stage of openness, hold it briefly. Recognize the sensations in your body; your cells are gently humming. Lock it in vibrationally. It’s like staying on your favorite station. It's locked in so no need to effort to hold it there. Enjoy the moments. This one is your favorite.

Tune to your own unique vibration, your station. Locked in without static. Set and forget. Flow moment to moment.
