Unraveling Long Held Beliefs

Until you recognize the feeling of your current experience, you won’t be able to feel the relief of experiencing an alternate reality.

A knot doesn’t recognize the tension it holds, or the tightness maintained, until it begins the loosening process.

You are similar — long-held tension or states become part of you so completely that they become silent to your awareness, until there is a loosening, a softening, a release. Then you often wonder, Why did I hold that for so long?

It is held so that the contrast is more visible to you — the relief more profound once experienced.

Momentum is gained once you head in the direction of a feeling you didn’t know you desired until it is felt.

This is why it is important to become aware and attuned to how you feel. Truly feel. Not just the response that is head-borne, that never travels or scans your body to explore and assess. But the awareness that transcends and delves into your own field to ask how you truly feel internally.

Once allowed, the tension is spotlighted and the knots begin to loosen, as if they’ve been holding tightly to protect and conceal.

Allow them a break, a respite. Allow them to continue in the flow of release through the whole of the body.

Be aware of the relief felt — it may be so new that it is surprising.

All things function better in a state of ease and flow.
