Unlocking Your True Power: Listening to Your Body and Finding Joy
Once you know your true power and have felt a taste of it, when you put the brakes on or doubt it, it will feel uncomfortable. Not to worry, that discomfort is there for a reason. Your body is a wonderful tool, and the feelings you experience are there to guide you and let you know whether to make a change or that all is well. Listen to it and feel into it. The issues aren’t there to be diagnosed or studied, but rather to let you know that you’re turning away from what you know. Turn in the opposite direction of the discomfort. Head north if it is south. Like the child’s game of hot and cold, it’s just guiding you.
The only issue is when you ignore or patch the discomfort with analgesics rather than listen and react to it. It will subside when you stop doing what is in opposition to or pinching you off from what you know. Don’t hide your light, your value, or your worth, or doubt it. It’s like putting the brakes and the accelerator on at the same time. It causes great friction, and one has to give. Breathe into the discomfort and allow the energy to move throughout. It will open again and free your movements.
Turn toward things that bring you joy. There is always something to focus on that can bring a lightness to you. That is your point of attraction. Focus on the good in life, and more will come. Conversely, focus on the unwanted, and that too will come. It’s always your choice. Listen to your body and breathe deeply. You are gifted with much; have fun with it. Release the brake and flow where you are drawn. Advent, invent, create.
