Trusting your Signs

July 28

Awareness—of how you feel and the effect of current vibrational activity—is key to your overall health and well-being.

Warning bells and lights are there just for that—to make you aware of, or bring your attention to, the present situation.

If driving and lost in thought, aren’t you thankful for the clanging and the guard rail that drops at a train crossing?

It can be seen as a warning of impending doom that you shrink from—or it could be seen as something to be thankful for and appreciated. You receive those warnings not only in mechanical ways during your physical experience, but also from within your body.

It would serve you well to listen and feel into those, rather than skirt around them as you may do with the railroad guard.

Just because you don’t see the train coming doesn’t mean it’s not there. You trust the signs that are placed for you.

The signs within your body may come as soft yield signs or small warning bells—either physically felt or in the way of an intuitive nudge.

Trust those, not as signs of impending peril, but as a way of avoiding it. See it as regular maintenance.

Learning to trust your own warning signals is an honor to your higher self and being. Although it is not necessary to “pay page,” it is there for you, by you. And you may listen to the guidance—or not.

Trust internally.

This isn’t to say not to seek outside guidance—on the contrary. It lets you know when to, and also how to assess and run any and all advice through your system.

Drive on without fear. Thank the external experts once your internal guidance has approved. You’ll feel resonance with their prescriptive advice—or not.

Learn to listen and assess to keep your intuitive and spiritual body in tune in order to trust your own guidance.

Seek outside—but always run it through your internal filter system. It’s a continuous sifting and sorting that is running in the background.

Trust the signals brought forth to you.
