Transference into Flight
There is no death. There is no dying of energy, only transference into another form. Like water boiling into vapor that seems to disappear, it instead joins the atmosphere and is drawn to other streams of like energy, flowing until it is formed or solidified into an idea of matter.
What looks like decay only seems dead, but it is simply vacated of some energetic types, dissipating into other forms and rivers. Suffer not the loss of anything—it is always there to gather, to feel. It is only the hanging on to, or the continued focus on what was, that causes pain.
Shift your focus—physically, inwardly, and outwardly—so the energy may contact you in a way that turns sadness and despair into the upturned edges of your mouth, the corners of your lips curving into a smile. That smile can then flood into the rest of your body, the physical container of you.
You are whole and complete with or without the body. You will transmute into other things, feelings, and thoughts—blanketing like a warm comforter when called upon.
Grief is only the focus of attention on what was. Wear grief like a heavy cloak that can be shed when no longer needed. Leave it behind, knowing you may always be warmed by the presence of the energy that was.
Whether objects or relationships are lost, you can feel them more wholly if you allow. All is transmuted, recurring, and reforming as desired. Look at dissolution as revolution and re-emergence, like leaving behind the shell of what was and taking full flight from your chrysalis.
