The Unfolding Puzzle of Joy

The very act or acknowledgment of commitment is enough to begin—or reinforce—the wheels of change and momentum. Like a train beginning to move on its tracks, the energetic commitment releases the brake, and the freedom of movement is offered.

The more inspired and focused attention—without effort—that is beamed in the direction, the more the movement is increased. Like being on a board with wheels, it takes mere thought, and your direction has changed. Each breath allows that movement from what feels stuck to unlocking and freeing the brakes.

A flower budding initially is from the mere desire to reach the sun—the flowering is automatic; it doesn’t have to strive, or want to, or effort to fully bloom. That is how anything that is preset in your energetic dharma works for you. No efforting, but joyous action—inspired actions that won’t and don’t seem hard—rather like a puzzle you’re playing. You get more excited with each piece found and placed, as the picture unfolds in front of you.

Creating a puzzle without knowing the topic or image you’re creating is even more fun. Some would think it is more challenging, but it provides more fuel to the fun and delight as it unfolds before your very eyes. Imagine the puzzle image is better than any you could have set out for. That is your life unfolding when following your inspired steps and nudges.

Worry not. Flow with the feeling of satisfaction and see what is created—by you and for you. Then begin another that is even more magical.

Joy is the key.
