The Soft Vibration of Rescue

One who is flailing about and creating more waves in their own frequency pool may not be reached or able to hear a soft whisper of calm being offered. Help, or calm waves of love, come in soft undulating forms and will not be felt by those in the eye of a storm they themselves created through thrashing or focusing on unwanted turmoil.

Yet if the waves are constant and continuously beaming — even from a distance — they will be felt, heard, and received during the moments of rest that come between bouts of their own induced frenzy, if reception is desired. All frenetic waves have a break, a pause, a breath — a small window of opportunity for relief to be received when they (or you) are taking an inhale of inspiration or reaching complete exhaustion.

Like attempting to rescue a drowning person, it is impossible to step in while they are thrashing without being pulled into the frenzy and risking the same fate. Rather, wait for the small window — the brief pause — to offer the help you so desperately want to give.

Beaming presence, love, and a consistent measure of ease and safety will help relax another’s vibration and place them in the receiving mode, allowing subtle shifts in their unconscious field toward wanted feelings.

You may be the training wheels for another to gain their own foundational stability; or you may, at times, be on the receiving end of someone else’s guidance. All is connected and serves to benefit.

Be open to soft, unforced vibrational love.
