The Set Point of I AM
Your thoughts shape your feelings, and your feelings become the energy in motion that carries you through your waking .
The set point you choose upon waking matters.
Will you immediately latch onto yesterday’s unfinished tasks, worries, and momentum? Or will you breathe your way into the neutrality of the present moment before deciding who you will be today?
That choice is entirely yours.
Your starting point determines the direction of your momentum, so why not place your marker where you truly want to begin?
Begin from neutrality. Move toward contentment. Toward curiosity. Toward amusement. Toward gratitude.
Build from there rather than from dread or doom, because wherever you begin is the direction your energy naturally continues to travel.
Be bold.
Be intentional with your day.
You will inevitably encounter circumstances that appear outside your control, but your internal set point will determine whether you react unconsciously or respond intentionally.
That choice belongs to you.
The only voice that ultimately determines your experience is your own.
You are not the leaf being blown through life.
You are the driver. The engineer. The creator of your experience.
Choose how you want to feel about any situation through conscious intention.
Keep trying on statements of I AM until they no longer feel like words you are saying, but a truth you are living.
At first they may feel unfamiliar.
They will.
Until they don’t.
Eventually they become less of an affirmation and more of a remembrance.
The fully embodied I AM no longer seeks validation because it no longer questions its own existence.
It carries its own truth. It carries its own worth. It carries its own knowing.
When that happens, what others believe about you becomes far less important than what you know to be true within yourself.
Own your worth.
Own your value.
Own your ability to choose who you are and how you move through this world.
Become the I AM you have been breathing toward all along.
