The Power of Pause: Embracing Silence Toward our True Path
More is communicated in the space, the pause, the breath than during the transmitting of information. In the brief or intermittent pauses or relaxed moments of a musical symphony, an artist's canvas, or even a conversation, the breathing in of what is there for you is keenly more important and impactful than what is conveyed by only staring at the painting or condensing the conversation or musical piece.
The power is in the pause. In allowing it to settle into your being, to really allow your cells to absorb what is being transmitted to you or for you. The cells receive whether you take the time to relish or not, but if you allow yourself to truly feel their message, your path will be more clear. You are being guided but never forced in exactly the direction of all things wanted. They're there in the pauses, in the beats of silence.
Allow, feel, and THEN take action if one is felt. Do what you are led to do rather than what you're supposed to or should do. The 'shoulds' are never for you, the magnetized draw is where you are being led, and the only form of angst or discomfort comes from resisting the draw. Allow rather than resist. What you're fearful of is not nearly as bad as what you're experiencing if you don't allow.
Be free, it all works out in the end or beginning or the middle. Just go where you're drawn, do what feels right. Enjoy your life.
