The Power of Oxygen: Awakening Your Body’s Potential

Nourishment of your body, not through outside sources other than oxygen, is what is required to have your physical body functioning at peak performance throughout your day. Whether you get the oxygen into your body through means of physical exercise causing it to be pushed throughout due to exertion, or if you intentionally breathe deeply into your body and deeply and fully over and over for a matter of minutes to oxygenate the cells, it doesn’t matter. Yes, your muscle structure benefits from the first, but your entire system runs and is controlled by the activation of more cells within your body.

Consider a room of sleeping children that you only wake a few to start their day with whatever activities are in store. If allowed to sleep and assuming they would, they are not benefitting like the ones that are awake. It’s much the same in your body, except your cells and parts are children that will sleep in if left to their own. Wake the entire system by breathing into your body deeply.

Alarm bells within are activated and the cells get to work to your benefit whatever that may be. Each cell knows exactly what to do even without your understanding with your mind or brain. They are independent of your thought processes. Wouldn’t you want an army at work on your behalf? That is what you have; they need only be asked to join in by waking up. Whether, as said, through exertion which you may enjoy or simply breathing in, your body will activate and get to work to combat or expel any foreign substances or entities that have entered through either your food or ingested in another manner.

Your breath is a key to your health much more than you’ve credited. It’s free; allow it to do its job.
