Achieving Theta: the State of Allowing

Theta

The state of being, allowing. It’s the label you've attached to it. You arrive there just before and just after your deep sleep state, although you may not recognize it as such if you haven't had the awareness of observation. View it as if from an observation deck, high in perspective, and at night to view the stars or galaxy. Not to view with your physical eyes, but more with your eyes closed and feeling the state of being from that place. Always with your head, whether physically or figuratively, slightly tilted upward.

This is the state of being that you allow the information to flow. Not information that is absorbed cerebrally but cellularly. Infused directly into your being if allowed. When in the allowing state, you are beaming automatically without effort, a signal that is calling or receiving other signals on the same vibrational wavelength. They align and create from that place stronger, more solid frequencies or waves of energy that won’t dissipate and will create momentum. As you’ve felt before, when a feeling or emotion, which is only your body's signal of reception, is noticed, you can allow full formation or head it off at the pass. It can be a wanted or not desired feeling. Play into or feel into the ones that you want to have more of. Allow it to settle to complete the formation. If it is of undesired feelings, then you can dilute or dissolve it intentionally simply by removing your attention or focus.

Focus on what you want. It isn’t always a situation you’re in that is where you want to be, but you are able to feel what you want to feel. In an airport or on a beach, the same feeling of peace is available to you. Conversely, the heightened feeling of tension or stress is available to you on the same beach or busy airport. You are in control if you recognize that you are. Drop into theta by removing yourself, by turning inward even if only for 17 seconds or less. Close your eyes to turn off your windows to the world and feel inward. Simple really. Turn off your exterior movie and play what you want to feel in order to experience neutral or peace.

Achieve this vibrational status at will rather than slipping in. Try it often.
