The Physics of a Hug

Contact, direct contact, can be used as an energetic transference of support, love, and emotional energy in an instant—the moment the two come into direct contact intentionally.

When both energies are crossing paths intentionally, much like a lightning strike is an agreement of powerful energetic frequencies releasing from one and transferring to the ground, both are in agreement by having the exact right frequencies for transferring. One is open to receive, and one is open to give—much like human contact with a hug when the transfer is mutual.

It does not have to be among or with people you may know, as long as one is open and willing to receive, and one is allowing the frequencies to flow through them to the one in need.

Consider a car battery that is dead or depleted. It is open, and the jump or energy comes from another source willing and with the capacity to give through connection. Both are charged and complete upon transference—only enough to get to their own source. That is what heartfelt contact from one soul to another is in the form of hugs.

It is not the tactile sense—although that may be appreciated and felt—but it is the transference or allowing of the energetic frequency of love, compassion, and empathy to flow through to the other to jumpstart their own feelings of self-worth.

Try it. Offer to another soul the flow—or be open to receive the flow from others—and be on your way with no requirement or explanation from another. You’ll be revived and recharged from the giving and the receiving. Energy flow increases when shared.
