Connecting with your Inner Guidance
Like a moth to a flame, you may be attracted to the very thing that brings you pain. However, if your senses are clear and you tune into your body, you will receive notifications in the form of opportunities or internal nudges that will draw you into alignment with your true power space. This space is your source of contentment, not stretched like a rubber band held at a point of tension.
Whether it is internal blocks in the form of memory avoidance or emotions that you have protected internally, you may lose your receptivity to your calling back to neutrality. The receptors are still there, calling like a bird to its babies, but the sounds may not be heard, making it seem as though they are not present. Remaining clear in receptivity to your own internal guidance, your knowing, and your alignment with your source allows discernment about situations, people, judgments, and clarity to flow to and through you.
You may choose to disconnect from your source at times; it is always a choice. But like a toaster that is unplugged, you won’t be able to make toast until you are connected. No matter how many times the lever is pressed or how many actions are taken, without plugging in, you will be efforting in futility. Rather than curse the bread for not cooperating or the toaster for not working, remember that plugging in is always the best option.
Remain calm, and take a break from the situation—go for a walk, take a nap, and return. The outlet of your source will reappear, and that which you’ve struggled to accomplish will become easy. There is always time and always alternative activities to redirect your focus away from what you are struggling with. Remove your attention before returning to any situation you have not seen clearly; it will become clear in your absence of focus.
“Whether through the image of a moth, a stretched rubber band, or an unplugged toaster, the message remains the same: pause, reconnect, and let clarity replace struggle. What you seek isn’t found in effort, but in easeful alignment with your Source.”
