The Edge of Expansion
04.20.26
Eloquence — the stringing together of words to form beautiful images, translated to another without drawing.
Holding space is just that—using energy.
Holding a vibrational tone or level where others may feel it and choose to either float to it and experience that… or remain where they are, perhaps feeling resistance.
The only reason someone would not willingly flow to a better-feeling thought is akin to the axiom:
“The devil you know is better than the one you don’t.”
The unknown paints a picture of discomfort—of leaving what is known and stepping into what is not yet experienced. And holding your vibration in the face of that… can feel unfamiliar.
This axiom is often used to keep one anchored to the known.
But allowing yourself to move—intentionally—will take you into new experiences.
Ones in which you may not yet be comfortable, simply because they haven’t been experienced before.
New is not immediately comfortable.
It requires settling in…
releasing judgment…
but it will settle into a new perspective.
Experiencing beyond the familiar allows you to expand, to grow, to stretch—
and just when you begin to feel comfortable again,
you’ll feel the tug of movement once more.
This is the nature of expansion.
Being open, curious, and willing to experience new things—
this is what allows you to move.
This is where the fun is.
This is where the beauty is.
Not in staying… but in living.
Settle only until you’ve felt it fully—
until it becomes familiar…
until it becomes quiet.
Then move again.
Juice the beauty completely out of where you are.
It is not that your cup runs dry—
it is that it begins to overflow.
And in that overflow,
you are invited…
not to leave—
but to expand into a different container.
And when it becomes mundane or without thought,
it becomes time to rise, to reach, to expand again.
Be willing.
Be joyful.
Be open to the gifts of life in the physical.
It will feel like wonder.
Like desire.
Like something stirring…
