The Dance of Effortless Presence

Seeds of a dandelion that float in the air may go unnoticed, but they are carried on the breeze and land with no intention of sprouting or affecting where they land. The breeze, in conjunction with the seeds, is in a dance of pure delight. This is how your energy dances with the wind and the streams of consciousness. It is only in your joyful expressions, without effort or worry about the outcome, that you affect others.

If effort is applied, it would be like forcing puzzle pieces into place; the outcome is never as beautiful as the natural ability to flow and experience clarity. Relax and focus on being present, with no other concern for how you affect those around you. The simple pleasures of being and beaming are enough, whether you are surrounded by nature or people. Your effortless feelings of ease are carried on the wind through the trees, and the energetic and physical root systems reach further by being still. Require nothing of yourself or others other than acknowledgment of presence.

Feel and allow. With no requirements, rest and renew.

At times, the magnetic pull of habit or a feeling that has long persisted may keep you in place, as though marking time—always moving but seemingly getting nowhere. Release the need to progress, and the flow will lift you out of the rut of rhythm, allowing new music to begin to play. Never worry; you are cared for and valued.
