The Buried Seed

At times, seeds are planted so deep within that they have no chance of receiving the light of day—the beautiful nurturing of the elements, the soil, and the nutrients surrounding them.

Lying in what seems to be dormancy, that seed—whether of doubt, shame, or lack of self-worth—planted so deep within you may not even be known. But the space that it holds, the deeply rooted fears it may activate just by its presence, keeps you from being all that you truly are.

In the ground, it would eventually decay and release into the soil at large. But held within the body in a protective manner, it becomes covered with layers upon layers of protection to prevent it from leaking through your system—infecting and affecting you even further.

This is when you send the light of exploration through your breath—not by digging in or cutting open for examination, but by observing. That alone will cause it to completely leave, intact with the shame it once brought, held, and caused your body to feel.

Once aware, the release of a seed planted so long ago—either intentionally or out of pure ignorance and exuberant youth—will free you from the last vestiges of the seed of ego, the cancer that once kept you back from the very sun that you are.

The freedom of release will leave you light and joyful, as you have felt since before your memory can recall. Once aware of the absence of that seed, your propulsion and elevation will be immediate, and you will bloom beyond the surface of any dry, cracked earth and shine.
