Your Breath is the Map, the Fuel and the Vehicle
No borders and no boundaries—the breath is your vehicle, waiting for you to recognize it as such. The engine gently idles, awaiting your full embodiment, your presence within the vessel. Once you inhabit it fully and recognize the breath not only as fuel but as pathway and map, you can step in and drive to destinations that once seemed like only dreams in your cognitive state.
Rest assured: there are no borders, no passports needed, no judgment of where you’re going. Allow the breath to gently guide you to all that you seek—and all that you sought before you inhabited this body in this lifetime.
Breathing with intention is as natural as the wind in the trees, the rustling of the leaves—and as vital as the rain and sun are for vegetation to flourish. You, too, will flourish once you recognize your own inner path, your own inner guidance.
It’s as if you’re on a railed system, yet you have the ability to step off track—without punishment. Only gentle warning bells and signals, often visible in the faces and actions of others. They are your mirrors. What you see in others reflects your own vibrational state. Thank them for their contribution, for their mirrored guidance.
Breathe in deep and realign with your rail—the one leading you to vistas beyond your current sight. Be comfortable and enjoy the company of the passengers who will enter and exit your experience. They’re there for you, and you for them. Each will benefit from your intersections and interactions.
Gently guide into neutral using your breath. Then, your internal guidance system will take over, sliding you into the gear aligned with where you’re needed. You’ll shift into low gears when extra traction is required to climb the mountains you may encounter—all without effort on your part.
