Resetting Memories: Your Script, Your Show
Each of your senses, independently or collectively, can recall a memory. One that you want to remember and relish or one you'd soon forget. Those can all be reset. The moment they're recalled or triggered, as you may say, if it is an unpleasant memory, you can release by letting it float on by, by not grabbing hold with your mind, your beautiful mind, and examining it. Allowing it to be recognized and acknowledged for what it was doesn't have to keep it active in your existence now.
Now, again, is the key. Do you want to revisit the memory so much so that the feelings you had when it was the now are your current now? If so, then dwell on it, examine it from top to bottom in order to relive it, making it your now rather than your past.
There is no past as it is your current experience if you allow and want it to be through your ability to recall and experience. If it is one that occurs seemingly without any activation or trigger, then you need to look at it for what it was, breathe around it in order to shine the light of your breath on it. It is a part of your shadow, something you'd rather forget so by acknowledging it without the feelings associated with it, shining the light on it, it will shrink. Just as a shadow does when the light of day is shone directly on it.
If though it is something you'd like to relive, recall and relish it. Feel those beautiful feelings again and you WILL receive into your experience more that will activate those same feelings.
