Breathe Your Shield: Creating Inner Protection

Protection is only needed from yourself. Your own mind's eye or imagination. You're creating, so what would you need protection from? But just as you can attract what you consider “bad” or unwanted things or events, you can also protect yourself from them. It’s not possible to eliminate your thoughts from focusing on the events that occur around you. It is possible for you to limit the intensity of the focus or the time (irrelevant really) spent lingering or focusing upon.

In order for you to create your own protection, there are ways, many really, but what is used most often is the beam of golden or white light that you encase yourself in, like a bubble of protection. Once you create yours, you are impervious to outside influences. Much like the Glenda the good witch that floats above Oz, you too can observe or gaze lightly without involving yourself or feeling the feelings of the injustices you gaze upon.

Create your own bubble by breathing it around you in your mind's eye. You’ll be able to feel it seal about you then go about your day. It works if you believe that it will and even if you're not sure, so why not give it a try.

Try before a seemingly ordinary day going into traffic or a day that you have a lot riding on the outcome. Breathe it into existence and lock it in place. You hold the key.
