Nurturing Your Roots the Power of Inner Guidance

Deep-rooted. Your roots run deep, and that is all well and good as long as you're rooted in fertile soil—soil that is life-giving and has access to the nutrients and water essential for sustenance. Consider your roots and where you're planted, not physically, but in terms of all that you know and believe.

Everyone is planted somewhere, but some may have a shallow root system that could suffer from a storm, potentially uprooting them. However, that isn't always a bad thing; in fact, it rarely is. You possess the ability to plant yourself where you feel most nourished. You can move about and determine what feels right to you, deciding where to sink your roots in order to ground yourself.

Some may have been rooted in thoughts and beliefs that never felt right, leaving them feeling shallow and not of their own choosing. Go where you feel comfortable, believe what resonates with you, and trust your inner core—your being—that knows what is right for you.

Reflect on and dwell in fertile grounds that allow you to strengthen your own resolve and root system. Plant yourself in and flourish within what feels right to you, rather than conforming to what others tell you, goad you into, or assume you should believe. You will find your forest, your glen, your tribe of like-minded individuals, and you will know you are home.

Trust your inner guide, your instincts, and your intuition. Your roots are your grounding. Allow yourself to be transplanted into fertile thoughts. Flow with your natural knowing, and you will flourish.
