Living a Life Well Lived

Trusting in the process and going with the flow is the way to enjoy all that life offers. Everything—and we do mean everything—works out for you and to your benefit in the grand plot of life. All of it is only brief: a flash in the pan, a skip of the rock across the pond.

It is slowed ; heavier, denser—to create what you refer to as reality. Like the frames of a motion picture, each element can be picked apart and examined at this speed. Catch more frames with your mouth upturned than down, with your heart light rather than heavy, with a song on your lips and a skip in your step.

All lives are worthy and valid, and serve the purpose you chose to experience—whether in great volumes or softly playing in the background. You can’t get it wrong, as it is all here for you to experience all that you are, with the cooperating components of souls who agreed to play your cast of characters alongside you.

Each is the star in their own story, but in some cases, they’re here only for a cameo performance—brief but vitally important. They leave behind lingering residues, echoes of their part in your play. That means they played their role well. And you will, and do, appreciate them for their performance.

It is truly the performance of a lifetime.

You will reunite and rejoice in the roles and the success of your play. Until then, continue to enjoy the film—the cast, the performance—until the curtain drops, the lights dim, and the stage is swept.

Choose to enjoy. Choose to live fully. Choose what brings you immense pleasure.

That is the life well lived: squeezing all the juice from the fruit of life—and using it all. The pulp, the seeds, the rind, and the zest… it’s all for you.
