Creating Your Life’s Playlist

Time, as you are aware of it, may be bent, skewed, prolonged, or shortened—all by the focus you place upon it.

Each tick, breath, or other measure you assign to an event or situation is simply a magnifier of it. If it’s something you wish to prolong, then dwell there. Relish it. Notice everything about it—the surrounding vistas, the sounds, the feeling you’re experiencing. This helps lock it in place for recall, and it marks it vibrationally as something you’d like to experience more of.

Not necessarily the exact same thing—because that is impossible to recreate. Every component of a moment exists only in that precise now. Each now is fleeting and unique.

Appreciation of that truth is awareness—and awareness is apt to deliver more like it.

Like your Pandora or similar applications that deliver “like” music, the Universe will deliver more of what you play and note as liked.

In every situation, you are offering the vibration of “like” or “dislike”—a thumbs up or thumbs down—whether you realize it or not. And that frequency is sent out, creating your favorite station.

All similar events, situations, and components are then delivered to help you fine-tune and hone your unique playlist.

In this way, judgment, which is always occurring, need not be labeled as good or bad. It is simply an “is”—a tool to create your most resonant playlist.

Send out, knowingly, your positive vibes—your thumbs up on situations you want more of—and let the Universe, the larger part of you, act as the ultimate Pandora.

You are participating in the curation of your “liked” station.

You are in control. Awareness of that is key—and pivotal.

So listen.

Feel.

And enjoy your favorites, ever tweaking the station as you evolve.
