Knowing vs KNOWING: Returning to At-One-Ment
Awareness without adjustment or atonement (At-one-ment) is not beneficial. Being aware that you are about to run out of fuel in your car, or that the station you’re on has a weak signal, but not adjusting anything — your location, your access to signal — would be non-beneficial. However, noticing and adjusting for clarity is a choice that allows you to have full reception.
Your body is the antenna and may require adjusting to tune into the signal of clarity in much the same way. It begins with awareness that something may feel off, either emotionally or as a slight imbalance in the body — a tickle in the throat, stiffness in the neck. These signs offer awareness that slight atonement or adjustment is needed. It could be a small change of location or even a shift in perception.
Awareness of anything other than a clear signal of clarity simply draws your attention to the awareness of choice. You have the ability to feel, sense, adjust, and tune into the clarity of your own field — your own peace — and the gift is clarity, peace, and freedom.
Take note, check in, and adjust using the tools of your breath, body adjustments, or location changes to tune into your personal path of clear insight and joy. Full-body signals such as chills, warmth, or a familiar flush of awareness are signs that you’ve clicked into your guidance system of alignment.
