Foundation Breath

Building a large or sturdy base for your endeavors is achieved by setting your blocks upon stable ground from the start.

No matter the composition of your materials — clay, straw, or dense rock — the base upon which you lay them determines their steadiness, their ability to withstand strong winds, and not topple in the storms of life.

Your breath is your body’s foundation for all endeavors.

Whether small tasks or building a family, whether building relationships or the one within yourself, the recognition and awareness of its most important function — for building a life of substance — is key.

Is it always with you? Yes.

Does it ever leave during your time here? No.

Subtle in its function, yet the very carrier of your spirit — your inspirations, your wildest dreams — begins and culminates with the very breath you breathe.

So drink it in.

Gulp if you wish, or breathe for comfort — to settle you, to drive you, to lift you into new levels of consciousness and awareness.

Trust your breath — the essence of you — more than any outside entity or person.

It will provide sustenance when needed, guide you when directionless, and comfort you in times of need.

Appreciation and awareness are the key components that spark the power you hold.

Breathe in the very being of God within you, and release the used particles — like flushing away toxins from the body.

Take deep, intentional breaths throughout your waking moments.

Try this for a time, and notice what happens: your fields of possibility will open before and around you.
