Feather and Tide- the breath that Carries you Home

Releasing to all that is requires giving over. Whether through kneeling or releasing through the breath—the holds of the physical mind—allowing it to dissolve into the ethers, as if into mist and evaporating… You, then, may acknowledge and receive what is there for you.

As if entering through the eye of a needle, the humbleness of release—not of making oneself small, but giving over to the vastness of your true self that is not governed by the physical mind. That is the difficult part: to know that there is more than is known; more than you have learned or experienced.

To have forgotten your infallibility, your sovereignty, your wholeness—to experience the reblooming or rebirthing as though a drop of water is once again returning to the ocean of knowledge.

The reason is to experience, yet it requires none of that reasoning. It requires allowing the guidance, as though a feather floating on the breeze, landing only to be lifted again and again.

Like the feather, it fell from the Whole to feel the wind carrying it softly—either to land in a child’s hand as a sword of play or a collection of reverence for those to fan. Once again, it will be collected to the dove of peace and remembrance.

Breathe softly to float, to elevate, to gather all that is for you and reflected within the single drop of magnificence that you are.

The gentle and continuous renewal of the sea is a constant churning and ever-changing existence through the continuous inhale and exhale of the waves as they break to the shore. Each drop held within is in constant renewal through that movement.

Often seen as agitation—it is—but renewing. As with your breath, it is renewing each moment, gathering more and releasing to shore, leaving behind gifts for others who may be still walking the shore rather than bathing within. Benefit from the source held within.

Your breath is the constant renewal, like the waves to shore—reassembling and arriving. Full and vigorous waves are cleansing and releasing onto the shore that which doesn’t belong to be held in the depth of the sea.

For all to thrive within the vast oceans—of the seas and of your body—renew with the breath and release anything that doesn’t belong. Through constant agitation and movement. Deeply cleansing and cathartic.

Your breath is the tide of your body, and your being is the moonbeam—managing and affecting the tide. You are a reflection of all, held within a single mirrored drop of universal love.
