AAA for the Soul

A drop in the bucket is all it takes to overfill. Even the smallest of gestures—a phone call, a thought even—sends the healing energy of love like wings on a telegram to a specified recipient, and may be received with the love intended, if they’re open to receive.

Like a blanket of feathers, they may receive comfort and solace through the energetic well-wishes of love received. Stitch them all together, and they may be covered and protected as though many hands were laid upon their shoulders in support.

If delivered in the physical, the energy may be transferred through the hands and felt as though heat was being applied from a warm iron—like a temporary tattoo. But energy embeds not only on the surface like a tattoo; it infuses and carries through their own circulatory and cellular system throughout.

When a person is in mourning or in an energetic pothole, the hands and wishes of others are like calling Triple AAA to the rescue—with air for their tires. Offering breath and energy through touch and thought inflates, and allows them to be on their way.

Never doubt the powerful energy of your benevolent thoughts, breath, and focused sent energy—and the good it may do for the recipient. All is received, if they are open to it.

In some cases, they may not be. They may be wanting—whether consciously or not—to remain in their current situation, lamenting over either the world’s problems or their own. Like keeping the cap on the valve that could receive the air to fill the deflated tire, you aren’t able to—nor would they want you to—remove that for them.

Hold the space for as long as it feels good to you, never deflating your own supply. Leave a reserve of love behind, so that they may use it when they are ready to be on their way.

You may continue on your own, helping others—or not—as it feels aligned to you.
