Your True Tone
That which makes each of you unique—the tone, the vibrancy, the note that you are—is deep and eternal. Unshakable by any outside or internal forces, even those such as judgment or nerves from within.
Nervousness or anxious feelings are actually a gift, a sign, letting you know that you may be a bit out of tune, out of focus from your original tone or stream. Out of tune, if you would. And just as you would tune your instrument, with care and adjustment, you may—and should—tune your own instrument: that which is you.
Your body, your being—tune it together so that it hums with the resonance of knowing.
The trained ear of a musician is aware when the instrument is off, and rather than forge ahead and play their song, they stop—no matter the circumstances—and tune, so that the music they play is the melody they want to hear for themselves and for others to feel and enjoy.
The same is true with you.
Tune yourself, regularly. And if you ever notice that you are off, even slightly—stop, pause, and tune. By breathing deep. Taking note. Listening and feeling until the resonance is felt, so that the melody you are emitting with each word spoken, each step taken, is resonant with you—your True Tone, your divine self, your higher self.
The stringed instrument that you are is tethered to Source itself.
Tune to that.
Breathe into alignment.
Then play—unabashedly and freely—your tone, your music.
Singing the song of your life.
For all to hear, and for you to enjoy.
