Your Emotions are the Check Engine Light

Like a tone that only you may hear, staying in tune or aligned with that calling that is you is what allows you to remain in alignment. Listen for it through your feelings, through your body, and know that your emotions are outward symbols—your check-engine light—showing whether you are in resonance with that inner tone.

Listen for, feel for your tone, your note, your place in the cosmic puzzle. Recognize when you are anything but in tune with that. Your emotions—whether outbursts or quiet unease—are indicators of stress against your note, of misalignment, nothing more.

Release control, and allow yourself to naturally and completely fall back into resonance, in tune with the true note of you.
