Vulnerability…The Sweetness of Surrender

9.13.26

Vulnerability... as that of an infant.

The all-knowing and connected infant must surrender in physical form in order to truly experience the beginning of relationships, the beginning of this life’s experience.

In that same way, the giving over of oneself—the control of the mind, the mechanics of how things work—is surrendered in trust and complete vulnerability in order to receive the power and connection of All That Is.

Like standing in a ray of sunlight, allowing it to fully penetrate your skin, feeling the warmth, the comfort, the enveloping embrace of what seems to be an outside source.

Yet in reality, it is connection with the whole—receiving what is available to you wherever you are, at any given point in time, space, and reality.

Release and surrender in order to receive the benefits of that sweet connection—the truth of love, the connection to the whole of All That Is.

Feel the flood of sensation and know that it can be guided within your body at will, not only at certain times or in certain situations.

Pause.
Breathe.
Thank it.

Allow it to amplify the power, strength, and resolve that are there for you always.

Envelop yourself in it.
Bathe in that feeling.

All is well.
You are never alone.

Deep Dive — Knowing

This message is more than a reflection on vulnerability. It is a remembrance of what becomes available when control is released and trust is chosen.

The image of the infant is powerful because it speaks to our original state of surrender. An infant does not yet know how to strategize, protect, or manage the experience of life. It receives. It trusts. It remains connected.

As we move through life, we often learn to rely on the mind, to seek safety through control, understanding, and prediction. Yet true connection is not found through tightening our grip. It is experienced through release.

This breathwriting reveals that surrender is not giving up power. It is opening to a greater power already present. What seems at first to come from outside of us—like sunlight warming the skin—is, in truth, an experience of reunion with what has always been available.

This is knowing.

Not belief.
Not hope.
Not borrowed reassurance.

Knowing is the truth felt in the body. It is the quiet certainty that arises without force. It does not need to be argued or explained. It is experienced.

The gift within this message is the reminder that this connection is not random and it is not reserved for rare moments. Through pause, breath, gratitude, and allowing, the body can receive and guide this sensation of connection again and again.

And with that comes comfort.

To know that you are held.
To know that you are connected.
To know that even in surrender, you are not abandoned.

All is well.
You are never alone
