The Importance of Adjustments for Optimal Performance and Well-Being

You’re not bad or wrong or anything you may want to consider, just needing a small adjustment at times. It may be almost imperceptible. A slight tuning, like a chiropractic adjustment to your physical body, the connection you make with your true self is a needed adjustment. If kept in tune, in optimal running alignment, major adjustments are never needed.

No being out of commission for any length of your time is required. Peak performance on a soul level is achieved through a daily routine of alignment, even if for a very short time. Your body is consistently adjusting cellularly to guide and direct the course in which you are taking or want to take. When you veer off your own desired path, your cells, or every fiber of your being works immediately to adjust to the new course.

However, if it is off your path, your body will signal you with small nudges to return or adjust to your guidance system. If you choose instead to continue off course, the instances will become louder, stronger, and show up in undeniable ways. Here's your sign. You may even cause yourself, without knowing cerebrally, a major health concern or incident that will put you out of commission for a bit for reevaluation and reflection. Much like putting your automobile in the shop for either an alignment or more extensive bodywork if necessary.

Your things, that which you think you own or possess, also follow in your cellular path. Notice if your things aren't working properly or functioning at peak performance. That is a sign for you as well. Act on these signs to make minor adjustments before major atonements are needed. Connect often. You do without knowing many times throughout your day, but consciously connecting provides the most optimum conditions. Like your car, it is routine preventive maintenance. Stay in tune, aligned, and enjoy your path!
