The Geometry of Wholeness
All too often your body is considered a home for your spirit rather than standing on its own as it were.
Mind, body, and spirit have equal importance during your life’s experience—like each point in a triangle. Without one point connecting (and that is key), it loses its form, its meaning, its purpose in being.
Without the apex point, life becomes flat, linear. But when all three connect, they not only contain—they define.
You, in your life experience, are whole, complete, and solid. Yet at times the connections between the mind, body, and spirit may feel disconnected—like a dashed line—creating uncertainty or instability.
Your intentional breath creates solid connections.
Feel the pieces and fill your own triangle. Once the lines and connections between mind, body, and spirit are solid, this becomes your container.
And when filled, it will overflow with steadiness, joy, excitement, and support for those within your energetic sphere.
