The Calm Within: Embracing Inner Peace
Being centered in the calm of the black void of nothingness is always available to you. It is a space to breathe fully, to hear the sounds of silence amplified, and to feel the comfort of the womb, like a baby. This space is held for you, with direct contact suspended in the connection of the thread of alignment. All is well—calm, peaceful, and serene.
Although this state is a constant that you can tap into at any moment you choose, you would not want to remain in that space forever. You would become bored, and it is not your purpose to stay there. However, know that it serves as a touchstone of remembrance. While it may not be known to you in your fully aware state or in your conscious experience, it is known to your subconscious. You will always have a thread of connection, and if you settle, you may return for an injection of sorts—an inoculation against frenzy, worry, and chaos.
Before spinning, as we have referenced in the wobble before a fall or the feeling of falling out of alignment, revisit this space with your mind's eye. Go in and connect to receive the knowing that all is well. Feel the flood of safety that comes from being held and from knowing that all is right and in perfect balance in the world. Everything is occurring just as it should.
Focus on the things you may consider good to feel aligned and refreshed. It takes both charges of an equation—the balance of acid and base, positive and negative—to achieve equilibrium in your world, your environment, and all that is. Expansion occurs with all; there would be no experiences if it weren’t for contrast. Connect in the center of the equation to feel the perfect balance. You are the eye of the storm, and all is well.
