The Buffet of Life: Choosing Joy and Fulfillment
Just be. Allow. Flow. If it feels right to settle in and enjoy, then do so. In fact, enjoy anything, and if it feels anything other than comforting or satisfying, leave it and keep going down the buffet. You are never tied to one thing you’ve decided to sample. Life is a never-ending buffet of choices led only by your desires and wishes. If you’ve tried something and it isn’t to your taste or liking, you may always return with a clean plate.
Residue from unwanted experiences or tastes can and will meld into your new choices and taint the flavors of your experiences. It’s never-ending—your creations without working. By your wishes, thoughts, and desires alone, the buffet is laid, and many chefs are working with delight to fulfill your wandering and appetites of choice. Life, on your terms, is short, and you’re never forced to consume or continue on any path that becomes treacherous. If the terrain isn’t to your liking, you have options.
The vistas you seek are being created and aren’t defined. There is much joy to be had in the small acts, like holding a child’s hand or laughing with your entire being. Those energetic moments send signals to the universe to create more and more and more. Life is a buffet; enjoy it all. The only waste comes if you continue with selections that aren’t bringing your palate, body, and whole being full of pleasure. The contrast of things that aren’t to your taste is presented to clearly define what your choice is. Move toward your desires of joy, peace, and contentment.
