Resonance
In our beautiful human experience, we get to feel the effects of different frequencies and flows that direct and guide us in our creative process.
When we know or experience what we don’t prefer, it more clearly defines—with pinpoint precision—the feeling of what we do want. The polarity of those two points is the journey we take.
We get to choose whether to move toward the desire or remain in the feeling of not having it—feeling stuck, powerless, or ineffective to change. Releasing our hold on feelings of lack and allowing ourselves to feel the emotions of our desired outcome, even before we’ve experienced it, is the key.
Feel the lightness, the joy, and the ease that naturally accompany that feeling—not when, not if, but now.
Doing so immediately shortens the imaginary distance of time between where you are and where you want to be.
Apply the feeling of satisfaction from a job well done. Recall any experience in which you felt accomplished. Dwell there in that feeling of worth. Stay in that feeling of personal satisfaction for as long as you are able before allowing your mind to contradict it.
That feeling will flood your body with endorphins and create internal change, attracting into your experience more opportunities to feel that way.
It’s not a gimmick; it’s science.
Trying this on any topic offers its own validation. What do you have to lose?
Daydream. Practice feeling the feeling.
Then, from that state, take the inspired action steps that occur to you.
Momentum toward your desires will ensue and shorten the gap between the wanted and the unwanted.
Guaranteed.
