It all is how you feel in the moment.

Continuous adjustment—happening beneath your awareness—is always occurring within your body, as your cells reorganize and move toward a weighted preference in a continual effort of alignment.

When you are holding, unknowingly, tension in your physical self—shoulders raised, belly tight—you are holding yourself out of alignment, making the adjustment toward your natural flow state more difficult.

Check in often.

How are you holding yourself?

Are you in a state of tension…

or in the heightened awareness of loose and free?

Like a limb that has fallen from the tree,

resting on the banks of a river—

allow the natural flow to loosen you

and carry you where you are intended to be.

You are what holds you out of abundance—

out of the reception of everything

that is already flowing downstream toward you

in a continuous stream of ease.

Release… and receive.

Practice flow.

Your body knows

well before your mind is notified.
