Whether it’s traffic, flared tempers, or unpleasant energy, you have the ability to stay steady… and to feel how you want to feel, no matter the situation.
If you find yourself caught in an unwanted moment, breathe deep. Tap into the continuous reserve available to you, and let yourself flow right through it—without ruffled feathers.
Conversely, if you’ve been holding yourself in a fixed, unwanted vibrational state, no amount of uplifting energy—sent or presented—can release you from that stronghold.
You must be willing to release… and flow.
That’s how you return to your most natural state of joy.
