Personal Growth: The Path to Joy and Fulfillment
Reaching a point of saturation or maturation can be uplifting, like a balloon filled with helium, or weighted and heavy, like a sponge. You get to decide which it is for you. Both can be considered what is good for you.
You’ve reached a tipping point, a level of change, whether it is to view things from a different perspective or to release all that isn’t serving you any longer and soak up something new that will benefit you now. It has all served you up until this point, either as a reminder or a jumping-off place to be light enough to move and feel free to see new vistas and horizons, or to soak up more of what fills you with joy, satisfaction, and peace.
The service of what may have been taken on may have challenged you, and it has; it has championed you to another race. After completing one task, do you rest on your laurels, or do you move on to the next challenge? Although a rest period for a breath is beneficial as always, it just provides you with the next step up, the next level to achieve or conquer. Conquer for you, not in competition with others. It is for your pleasure only, and if it doesn't bring that to you, find something that does.
There is much out there to bring you joy and happiness. Focus on that. Look to that for your next level. Fill yourself to rise above and feel the lightness within. You are loved.
