Optimizing Your Health: Listening to Your Body’s Signals

Take care when selecting foods to ingest. Many chemicals and additives that are in processed foods are not to your benefit. Your body will let you know if you listen. The smallest signal may not come to you as expected in your stomach or anything related to the path of the food, but in a twinge in your finger even, or an ache behind your eye. Your body is unique to you, and the road map that it provides is there for you to learn the paths of optimal health for this body and this lifetime.

Not to worry though, if the small signals are ignored, they will repeat or surround themselves with other cells to create warning bells and whistles. As is with all things, outside toxins or those ingested. Never there for you to fear, however, only as signals you are to listen to and follow. Like the turn signals those use in their vehicles, it’s to guide you who are observing and to follow for the best flow.

You are aware of live foods that are contaminant-free being the most optimal, but are you aware too that it’s best if you know the source? If not, use your own vibration to raise that which you ingest before partaking of it. It doesn’t matter what it is, if you intentionally raise the vibration of it, it will not cause any harm to your body. Some call it prayer or blessing, but it has no political or religious bearing other than to thank and raise that which is provided, always provided, for your benefit. Look to the source and the sun smiling down on you for reference.
