Once reconnected, they are again self-generating. And with continued use — taken out for a drive, given attention, cared for — they return to their own self-sustaining glory.

It is not a weakness to seek a boost. In fact, it is the realization that the fields of others are often required to restore and maintain strong, continuous flow. That is why gatherings created for that purpose — whether through community, with nature, or with your spiritual guides — are such key components of your well-being.
