It’s not possible, from the human state, to not judge.

Opportunities to judge are constantly being offered—moment to moment, more than you could ever fully receive.

but really , it isn’t judgment of others. It’s a continual sensing:
How does this feel to you?
What are you experiencing?
What are you seeing?

The “judgment” is simply how it lands in your body. And then you move to the next.

It’s when you pause—when you linger and continuously focus on one judgment—that you can become stuck.

Instead, allow it to flow through you.
Notice whether it feels aligned for you… or not.

Move with the current of what feels like a yes—
when it feels good to think this way, or to feel this way.

And if it doesn’t, let it pass.

Because the judgments aren’t really about someone else.
They are your body’s way of informing you—
how what you’re seeing, what you’re experiencing, feels to you…

so you can choose.
